Samuel is an astute legal practitioner with very vast experience in both adversarial and non-adversarial dispute resolution mechanisms. He has garnered experience over the years in active legal practice as he specializes in Real Estate Law and Land Disputes; Estate Planning and Probate; Recovery of Premises; Pension, Insurance and Personal Injury Claims; and Corporate and Commercial Law Practice.
Samuel holds an LL.B (Hons) in Civil Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. He is also accredited as a Mediator by the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) in Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (ACIArb. [UK]).
