Maryann was admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with the Rivers State Ministry of Justice for her compulsory National service. In the course of her practice, she has developed great interest in commercial litigation and Tax practice.
She is a highly resourceful associate who is keen on developing her skill in order to provide innovative solutions to Clients’ problems to achieve maximum results. As part of her functions, she regularly interfaces with various regulatory agencies on behalf of Clients.
She is a member of the Commercial Litigation/ Tax Practice Group of the firm.
